Luke has been remarkable and pulled out all the stops in getting our carpet fitted in a very short space of time. After being let down last minute by our carpet fitter and calling lots of carpet fitters, I called Luke after seeing his company recommendation. Luke was so good, he is professional and empathised with the situation we were in. We had the carpet and a lot of the gripper around but with a 2 year old running about it just wasn't safe. Luke came out 2 days later after receiving my call.
He fitted the underlay to our bedroom, halls, landing and living room. Then he fitted the carpet. He went above and beyond in helping us. Even when our carpet was delivered he even dropped by to help get it in the house.
He came back to even help cut our doors down as they had got stuck on the carpet. He is a very reasonable and friendly down to earth person. Thank you so much for doing just a brilliant job in our house we will be always grateful.
